What if the shoes do not fit/are unsuitable?
We are happy to offer a refund on shoes that are not suitable as long as the shoes have not been worn.

No, there are no hidden costs; you only pay for the item - nothing more, nothing less.

When will my Order arrive?
If the order is in stock then you will receive the order the next day before 1pm if you order before 3.30pm the day before. If the order we don't keep in stock then it is made to order and can take up to 14 working days, if there should be any further delays then you will be contacted by a member of our team.

Will my order be discreetly packaged?
All products are despatched by us and are packaged discreetly to ensure safe, untampered arrival to your door.

Do I need to be home to sign for it?
Yes, Royal Mail require a signature on delivery as confirmation of receipt. You can arrange for the item to be delivered to perhaps a work address for convenience.

What if I am unable to be at home when Royal Mail attempts delivery?
Royal Mail will leave a calling card instructing you to collect from your local delivery office, or alternatively re-arranging for delivery at a convenient time for you.

Which Credit/Debit cards do you accept?
At present we accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Switch and Solo.

We may need to contact you if there is a problem with your payment or for other security issues regarding your order.

We object to spam, and assure you that your details will not be used for such activities.

Can I pay by Cheque / Postal Orders?
Yes. Please make cheques / postal orders payable to Comfort Click Ltd. Please allow a few more days for delivery due to payment clearance. Please place an order as normal however, please enter fictitious card start and end date, enter card number as '0000' (four zeros) and enter Name on Card as Cheque or Postal Order accordingly. Then, once you are emailed confirmation of your order, get the order number and put it on the back of your cheque / postal orders.

If I need to return shoes what is the maximum time I can send them back by?

We will offer an exchange or refund for any shoes or boots that have indicated are in stock rather than made to order that are received back within 7 days from the day on which you receive the product.

Any returns after 7 days will be down to our discretion whether we choose to offer an exchange.

All returns including packaging must be in the same condition of which they were received.

Any damaged boxes will have £4.65 deducted of the total amount if a refund is required.

Any shoe returns that have been damaged or appear worn will be returned back to the sender.

We do not offer any refunds for shoes that are made to order as indicated on the website.

Any orders placed for custom made shoes we are unable to cancel once payment is taken as the shoes will be already within the process of being made.

Only orders that have not been received by the customer within 14 working days may be cancelled and full refund offered.

Any faulty products must be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

Any faulty products returned after the 30 day period will only be offered an exchange within 3 months of the product being received.

Any shoes or boots that have been purposely made faulty by the consumer will be sent off to be examined and if we feel that this is not a manufacturing error will be sent back to the consumer.
